Registration
Goods may be ordered either anonymously or as a registered user of the www.golfikaubad.ee online store.
To register, open the link “Log in” and create an account by entering the information required to verify your identity. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information.
Log in to the online store using your username and password.
Information Related to Ordering Products
The product description includes the following information:

price (including value-added tax)

image (illustrative in nature and may differ from the actual product due to recording and display devices)

descriptive information (where applicable)

add to cart
-
other relevant data or actions
Shopping Cart
The shopping cart contains the following information:

the name of the product selected
-
product code (where available)
-
unit price
-
quantity (quantities can be changed by clicking the minus or plus buttons, or by clicking the number field and entering the desired quantity manually)
-
line total (based on the selected quantity)
-
total amount of the shopping cart (displayed both with and without VAT)
Placing an Order
If the products in the shopping cart are suitable, confirm the order by clicking “Place Order”, thereby confirming the list of products included in the order.
To place an order, select a suitable delivery method and address, as well as a preferred payment method. Available delivery methods include parcel services provided by Omniva AS, Smartposti, DPD, Postnord and Jetexpress couriers and parcel terminals. Accepted payment methods include prepayment invoice, Visa and MasterCard credit cards via the PayPal service, and bank links of banks via the Montonio AS payment service.
Legal entities may also order goods on the basis of a prepayment invoice. The prepayment invoice is sent by e-mail. After payment of the prepayment invoice, the Seller will order the goods, which will be delivered to the Client either by courier (if requested) or made available for collection at the Seller’s premises, as specified by the Client. The final invoice is issued together with the goods. If the recipient of the goods is unable to prove their identity or authority of representation, the Seller is not obliged to release the ordered goods.
If a legal entity Buyer fails to pay for the order (within one (1) business day from placing the order, unless otherwise stated by the Seller), the Seller shall automatically cancel the order and no sales contract shall be deemed concluded in respect of that order.

The following information is available in your account:

Delivery of Goods
The Buyer may collect the goods from the Seller’s premises at Laki 3, Tallinn, have the goods delivered to a SmartPosti, Omniva, Jetexpress or DPD parcel terminal. Goods may also be delivered by Jetexpress, DPD or Postnord courier service.
If the goods are in stock, delivery by courier service takes place within three (3) to five (5) business days. If the goods are not in stock, the Seller will contact the Buyer to agree on the terms of ordering and delivery of the goods.
As delivery delays may occur (for example, due to stock shortages or unforeseen issues with courier services), the Seller’s representative will contact the Buyer to clarify the circumstances and delivery deadlines.
Goods are generally released to an individual Buyer or to a representative of a legal entity upon presentation of a valid identity document. In case of doubt regarding the right of representation, employees of Golfikaubad OÜ have the right to verify, and the recipient has the obligation to prove, the authority of the person receiving the goods.
